I will help you focus on the right location, neighborhood, property type, and more and most importantly I will negotiate your offer. Then I help you find a home inspector and negotiate repairs that need to be made. I will discuss which problems need to be brought up for negotiations and can handle the negotiation process for you. I am going to keep track of your mortgage for you and advise you on how to protect your approval. Then I finalize all those loose ends so that you close without any issues.
